Forming better habits to be Punctual:
1- Get up the second your alarm goes off. 2- Re-examine how long your daily tasks really take. 3- See where you often waste the most time. 4- Make a note of where you should be in regards to time. 5- Don't overbook yourself: Maybe you're often late because you schedule back-to-back appointments without leaving enough time in between to move from place to place. 6- Surround yourself with timepieces. |
